T.I., Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy and Juvenile team up for a new CD
The hip-hop/rap celebrities T.I., Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy and Juvenile are planning to release a new 20-tracks hip-hop album to celebrate the sound, culture and roots of the Dirty South. The hip-hop album is called ‘Best of South’ and it will include a collection of new and rare songs produced and sang by the biggest hip-hop celebrities of the South.
T.I. will collaborate with Alabama’s VSOP for an ‘ode to Cadillacs and Caprices’, Young Jeezy will collaborate with Macon and rap artist Sonny Spoon for a new song and video, Lil Wayne will team up with TA Smallz for the ‘Get Mannish’ and Juvenile will collaborate with a new hip-hop group originate from Georgia called The Village.
Beyonce desires a duet with Shakira
Who would’ve think of that? The greatest R&B celebrity Beyonce wants to have a collaboration with the pop-latin singer Shakira. It seems like this is not just a new whim of the R&B singer Beyonce, she actually tried to get this duet for a year and she also hopes that in a few months she will be hitting top singles chart again with a song featuring with the pop-latin Shakira. The R&B celebrity, Beyonce said that she is a big fan of Shakira and that she thinks Shakira’s videos are really sexy and always sound so good.
Beyonce is now busy promoting her new video and the new single from the newest album ‘B’Day’ called ‘Ring the alarm’. Also the R&B celebrity Beyonce will be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 31. How good do you think this collaboration would be? Just imagine the two celebrities dancing in a video?
LL Cool J prepares new album with 50 Cent
The rap artist, LL Cool J plans to release a new album produced by the hip-hop celebrity 50 Cent. This new rap album will be the follow-up of ‘Todd Smith’ album released five months ago and debuted at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 Chart. It seems like this as-yet-untitled album will be the last Def Jam record, so the rap artist LL Cool J wanted to do something special and unique. LL Cool J and 50 Cent appeared together at the MTV Video Music Awards presenting the Best Female Video award won by Kelly Clarkson ‘Because of you’.
The hip-hop celebrity 50 Cent said that they did six records in three or four days, so the LL Cool J’s new hip-hop/rap project is progressing fast. LL Cool J said that he wants to do something really unique and kinda get back to his roots a little bit and that 50 Cent reminds him a lot of the things that he used to do and the places he used to be in my life.
